Reporting Support

How Aclymate turns sustainability data into clearer outputs for customers, stakeholders, and reporting workflows.

Aclymate can support customer questionnaires, supplier requests, RFP responses, internal reviews, emissions summaries, certification evidence, stakeholder updates, and preparation for common disclosure frameworks.

The platform organizes Scope 1, 2, and 3 data, activities, trends, suppliers, products, initiatives, certificates, and supporting evidence. Reporting Support can help tailor those records to a specific format or audience. The final scope depends on the customer’s plan, data readiness, and reporting requirement.

Aclymate’s data and services can support preparation for CDP, GRI, SASB, ISSB, SBTi, EcoVadis, B Corp, CSRD-related requests, ISO-oriented needs, and customer-specific formats.

Support does not mean that every framework is available as a one-click final submission or that the output is assured. Frameworks change, and some require governance, risk, financial, social, or legal information beyond carbon accounting. Aclymate helps organize the emissions and sustainability evidence that can be reused across many of those requests.

Yes. Aclymate can prepare clearer reports and summaries that explain emissions totals, scope breakdowns, categories, trends, methodology, data quality, actions, and supporting evidence.

Explorer offers basic customer-ready outputs. Navigator adds more complete reports and exports. Aclymate One can include expert preparation and review. Reports should identify the period, organizational boundary, methodology, material assumptions, exclusions, and whether any independent verification was performed.

Aclymate can help create organized, documented reporting outputs, but independent audit, assurance, or verification is a separate process unless explicitly included and performed by a qualified party.

Terms such as “audit-ready,” “verified,” and “assured” should only be used when the requirements and review have actually been met. Aclymate’s value is a stronger data foundation, evidence record, and reporting process. Customers with formal assurance needs should involve the intended auditor or verifier early so data, controls, and documentation match the engagement.

Aclymate creates a reusable source of emissions data, reports, certificates, policies, and prior responses so teams do not start from a blank page each time.

Customer requests often overlap but use different wording and formats. A structured record makes it easier to find current numbers, preserve consistency, identify unsupported questions, and route work to the right owner. Expert support can help interpret complex requests and prepare evidence-backed language.

Most companies should update core emissions and program information at least annually, with more frequent data or progress updates when customer, operational, certification, or regulatory needs require them.

A reporting calendar may include monthly data collection, quarterly program reviews, annual footprint finalization, certification renewals, customer deadlines, and framework submission dates. Aclymate helps make those cycles repeatable. Reporting frequency should reflect material changes in the business and the expectations of the intended audience.

Yes. Aclymate supports downloadable reports and data exports, and the Privacy Policy lists CSV, Excel, PDF, and JSON as standard export formats.

The formats available for a particular report, record, or dataset may differ. Customers should confirm whether the intended external framework requires a template, portal entry, assurance package, tagged format, or supporting evidence beyond a standard export.

Aclymate can help prepare data, documents, and responses, but submission authority and responsibility depend on the contracted service and the external program’s rules.

Many frameworks require an authorized customer representative to attest to or submit information. Aclymate should not imply automatic filing, legal representation, audit sign-off, or control over an external decision. The Order Form should specify any submission support.
