Aclymate Platform Overview

The Aclymate platform is a connected sustainability management system for carbon accounting, supplier and product data, reporting, initiatives, evidence, certifications, offsets, RECs, and stakeholder proof.

It provides the common foundation for Aclymate Explorer, Navigator, and Aclymate One. The products differ in depth and service level, but they share a practical path from initial measurement to ongoing management and credible communication. The platform is designed for teams that need real sustainability capabilities without enterprise-level internal staffing.

The six modules are Plan, Measure, Manage, Report, Improve, and Prove.

Together they represent the full sustainability lifecycle. Plan covers goals and roadmap. Measure covers data collection and emissions calculations. Manage covers initiatives, ownership, and workflow. Report covers customer and stakeholder outputs. Improve covers trends, hotspots, and reduction opportunities. Prove covers certifications, evidence, claims, offsets, RECs, and communication.

The platform can organize emissions activity, locations, suppliers, vendors, products, materials, certificates, documents, initiatives, reports, customer requests, environmental commodities, and historical progress.

The exact surfaces available depend on product and plan. The purpose is to keep the operational record behind sustainability work in one system. This makes recurring updates easier and reduces the risk that key assumptions, evidence, or prior responses are lost in individual files or inboxes.

Aclymate publicly documents read-only connections with Plaid and QuickBooks/Intuit, utility-data workflows, file uploads, and other approved third-party integrations. Additional or custom connections should be confirmed during evaluation.

The current legal documents identify Plaid, QuickBooks/Intuit, Stripe, utility-data providers, and other approved third-party services. Aclymate can also ingest uploaded files and use services-assisted data preparation when a direct connector is not available. The FAQ should not describe every accounting, ERP, travel, supplier, or document system as a native integration unless it appears on the current integrations page or has been confirmed by Product and Engineering.

Aclymate organizes emissions summaries, category breakdowns, trends, data-completeness views, supplier and product information, report exports, certificates, and supporting documents.

This creates a reusable evidence base for customer questionnaires, internal updates, certifications, and reporting workflows. The platform helps teams find and explain the information; the level of validation or assurance depends on the selected service and any independent verifier. Customers should preserve source documentation and review final outputs before external use.

Explorer is the free starting point, Navigator is the core paid platform, and Aclymate One combines Navigator with assigned experts and hands-on services.

A company can begin with Explorer to estimate emissions and understand gaps. It can move to Navigator for full carbon accounting, reporting, supplier data, and program management. It can choose Aclymate One when it wants Carbon Bookkeepers, Sustainability Consultants, or Program Managers to help execute the work. This creates a progression without forcing a company to replace systems as its needs mature.

Aclymate’s current Privacy Policy and DPA identify Google Cloud and Firebase as the core data-storage, hosting, and platform-infrastructure providers.

The sub-processor list is the source of truth for current hosting and data-processing providers. Core customer data is described as hosted in the United States. Cloud architecture and sub-processors can change, so procurement teams should review the current DPA and sub-processor page rather than relying on older sales material.

Yes. The current Privacy Policy says customers can export data in standard formats including CSV, Excel, PDF, and JSON during an active subscription.

The exact export formats available for each data object may vary by feature. After termination, customers have a 60-day export period under the current Privacy Policy and MSA. Buyers with bulk-export, API, archive, or migration requirements should confirm the process before signing.

Yes. Aclymate is designed to use data from existing systems through approved integrations, read-only connections, uploads, and services-assisted preparation rather than require a complete system replacement.

The practical architecture depends on which system owns each source record. Accounting and utility systems may remain systems of record while Aclymate organizes sustainability calculations, workflows, reports, and evidence. Custom integration or governance requirements should be validated with Product and Engineering.
