Aclymate Navigator

The core paid platform for carbon accounting, reporting, supplier data, and sustainability management.

Aclymate Navigator is the core paid sustainability management platform for Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon accounting, reporting, supplier and product data, evidence, certifications, and program management.

Navigator is designed for growing companies that want to manage sustainability work in-house but do not want to build a system from spreadsheets. It provides more complete accounting and workflow depth than Explorer and supports the Plan, Measure, Manage, Report, Improve, and Prove lifecycle.

Navigator includes Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 accounting, guided data collection, dashboards, historical tracking, supplier data, and reporting outputs.

Teams can organize activity and spend data, use available integrations, manage suppliers and products, review categories and trends, document evidence, and prepare exports. The value is not only calculation; it is the repeatable workflow and data record needed to update the footprint and answer questions over time.

Navigator helps manage supplier records, outreach status, footprint inputs, product and material data, certificates, and customer or vendor collaboration.

Supplier data can be used to improve upstream Scope 3 visibility and reduce dependence on industry-average estimates. Product records can support material, packaging, composition, and footprint workflows. The Product Footprint Pack adds deeper bill-of-materials and product carbon footprint capabilities for teams that need portfolio-level product calculations and reports.

Navigator supports emissions summaries, Scope 1, 2, and 3 breakdowns, activity-category views, supplier and product summaries, data-completeness views, historical trends, exports, and evidence records.

These outputs can help with customer requests, internal reviews, program tracking, certifications, and reporting preparation. They are not automatically equivalent to legal compliance, independent assurance, or a final framework submission. Reporting Support can help tailor the data and narrative to a specific request.

Yes. Navigator supports available connections and data workflows for accounting, banking, utilities, ERP, travel, suppliers, products, and other business sources.

The public site highlights QuickBooks, Plaid, utility providers, and additional sources. Direct integration availability should be confirmed during evaluation. When no connector exists, customers can use uploads and guided data preparation. Aclymate can help identify and map the data needed for the inventory.

The current public FAQ states that Navigator includes a 17-day free trial with no credit card required.

Trial duration and checkout terms are time-sensitive and should be pulled from the live product or pricing source at publication time rather than hardcoded in multiple places. Explorer remains free forever and does not require a trial. Organizations with custom procurement or enterprise needs may use a demo and sales process instead of self-service checkout.

Yes. Navigator supports approved read-only connections such as Plaid and QuickBooks/Intuit, utility-data workflows, file uploads, and guided preparation of other source data.

Customers control which integrations are connected and may disconnect them. When a direct connector is unavailable, the company can use exports and uploads or work with Aclymate on data preparation. Integration availability and refresh behavior should be confirmed for each source system.
