Mike is the CEO and co-founder of Aclymate. Previously, Mike founded RenewWest, where he developed the largest carbon reforestation project in U.S. history, the two million tree Collins-Modoc Project. He is a former US Naval Officer and FA-18 pilot, where he attained the rank of Commander and had experience leading projects with $1.2B in assets under management, $7MM per month operations budgets, and 250+ personnel during 12+ years of active-duty service.
He is a featured expert for the U.S. Climate Alliance, the Council on Western State Forests, and more. As a 2002 honors graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with a minor-equivalent in Political Science, both with an environmental focus.

William Loopesko is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Aclymate. Prior to Aclymate, William was the founder/CEO of PuppTech, a pet IoT startup that he ran and grew for 5 years. William is also on the board of MethaneRx, a coal mine methane reclamation/mitigation company in Western Colorado and served a brief stint as President/CFO of the company in 2021.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, William's background was in civil engineering and geology. William graduated from Bates College with a BA in Geology in 2010 and then graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with an MS in Hydrology in 2012. After graduate school, he spent three years working as a water engineer in Denver before leaving engineering behind to pursue his career as an entrepreneur.
Travis Kruse is the Director of Customer Experience at Aclymate. Before his role at Aclymate, where he does everything possible to make sure its customers have the best possible experience with the product, including designing new product features,
Travis spent over a decade in customer success roles. In addition, he also deeply understands the needs of businesses, having owned his own. His keen eye for UX/UI comes from his start in the audio-visual industry and film degree.
Sara Miranda is the Director of Marketing at Aclymate, a Denver-based climate-tech startup building carbon accounting and offsetting software to help businesses without a sustainability expert to manage and report their impact on the climate. Before her role at Aclymate, where she does everything possible to make sure its potential customers have everything they need to make an informed decision, Sara spent over 15 years in marketing roles at businesses of the same types that Aclymate serves. In addition, she ran her own startup marketing agency. She holds an MBA in Digital Marketing and Innovation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
